Pust inn, b\u00f8y i armene, senk brystet mot underlaget, legg magen ned p\u00e5 gulvet. Pust ut, \u00e5pne brystet, strekk armene\u00a0og l\u00f8ft overkroppen. Vekt p\u00e5 hender og vrister. Hofta har samme retning som t\u00e6rne p\u00e5 den bakerste foten. Pust ut, b\u00f8y fremre kne slik at det kommer rett over h\u00e6len. Se mot fremste arm. Pust inn, strekk kneet p\u00e5 det bakre benet. Ta fem dype inn- og utpust.
